Let's start with why we are here. And by we, I mean you and me. I'm here because I want to change the world and make it a better place by helping the people in it. And more importantly, I hope you're here because you believe that you deserve more and better and so does our planet and our world.


In summary - why?


Because you deserve your best life.



Here's where the bigger picture comes in. We cannot be living our best life without taking into account things like the good of the planet and the good of the world. But you also can't focus on big picture things if you are not taking care of your mind, your body, or your soul.


With that, welcome to mindbodysoul by M. I'm M in case that wasn't obvious :)


Cool. Now that we've covered the basics. Let's look at what this space is all about. mindbodysoulbyM focuses on the three dimensions.

* Everything we do is linked to our minds I am working on journaling and other mindfulness activities, including embracing a growth mindset. This, I am hoping to launch very soon! A few challenges that help the mind like walking more everyday and practicing gratitude.

* The body is in testing. I suffer from atopic dermatitis, a type of eczema, as well as incredibly painful periods that come almost every three weeks (or more or less depending on its mood). Because of this, I am looking to heal my skin by trying out natural and recommended moisturizers and ointments until I can find a permanent solution. Think of like the gynecologist and dermatologist version of The 4 Hour Body. Additionally, I work in Sustainability and suffer from low (and I mean real low) iron. When I tried to cut meat out of my diet, I was advised against it as no healthy amount of iron supplements was enough for me. Instead, I am looking to have a balanced diet, where I can continue to contribute to a better planet and life for our animals and ecological system, while maintaining a healthy diet. I hope to share some of these ideas, recipes, and open it up for thoughts as well.

* Nurturing the soul brings us back to our roots as human beings. It is a reminder that we all have that one thing in common and can learn to do good and be good in our togetherness. This podcast aims to quickly summarize everyday tips and tricks for the busy person looking to improve step by step day by day. There's also a weekly affirmation for those who find it hard to meditate (like me).


Okay. I think for a first time this is short and sweet. Let's see what happens.
